A story by AG :
There is a story about the King who was building a unique kind of Palace for his wife.
The King wanted to know, how his Palace construction is and how is it progressing.
To find out, he disguised himself as an old man and went to the site.
There he came across a stonecutter whom he asked, “What are you doing?”
The stonecutter was annoyed by disturbance and said, “Go away old man don’t see that I am busy?”
The stonecutter’s dedication impressed the King.
He went to the next stonecutter, and he asked the same question.
The 2nd stonecutter was equally impatient and he told the disguised emperor, “Cutting stone is a great art, old man, I can’t be answering question and practicing my art”.
Again the King was impressed from his body language he could tell that man was proud of his professional skills.
Finally the emperor went to the 3rd stonecutter, to whom he put same question.
“I am building the Palace, old man, and if I keep answering idle question, I shall never be complete the most beautiful monument on earth”.
All three men were good and are doing their best.
The 1st worker represented dedication to work.
The 2nd showed professional excellence.
The 3rd symbolized the power of a shared vision.
